| Our firm was founded in 1991 as a remodeling
business and is a Michigan Corporation. In 1994 we ventured into the new home market
and are now on our 26th new home. We also find time to do some light commercial
work. The corporate officers are Joel Puente and his wife, Lee. Joel is involved extensively in field work and also spends many hours in the office figuring new estimates, ordering materials and dealing with both customers and suppliers by phone. Lee works full time in the office. Joel and Lee meet as a team with prospective customers on new homes. They both share in the excitement as they start planning and building each customer's dream home. That excitement grows with each step until the customer is presented with the finished product. Joel likes to say that he is not satisfied until he leaves the customer with a smile on their face! Our goal is to provide our customers with a custom home or remodel job that is done using quality materials and workmanship regardless of the job size. We are fully licensed in the State of Michigan and carry both workmen's compensation and liability insurance. We also carry current Certificates of Insurance on all of our subcontractors. We are a General Contractor who uses quality sub contractors on all our jobs. Our subcontractors come with many years of experience in their respective fields. When we are done with your new home, it is ready for you to move in. We even clean it for you! There are no details left undone. We provide each new homeowner with a one year warranty.
